Если честно, я не совсем вопрос понял. Пост - дело ведь абсолютно добровольное. Желаете поститься - начинайте, нет - никто Вас не вправе осуждать.
Хотя без причастия два года - это ужасно, по-моему. Хотя это ведь тоже Ваш выбор.
